Antique Lady Elgin mechanical wristwatch head featuring a 15-jewel movement housed in a Wadsworth 10K gold filled tonneau-shaped case. The dial displays a decorative center engraving with Arabic numerals and blued steel hands, showing a heavy, authentic patina consistent with its age. While the movement is functional and currently running, the watch is missing its crystal and shows significant wear to the case and dial. The case sides are embellished with a delicate floral scroll engraving, and the interior case back is marked with the Wadsworth warrantee and serial number 6282133.
