This is a high-quality kimono undergarment made of 100% Cupro, a natural material often used for high-end susoyoke (hem skirts) made of Bemberg cupro.
It may look like cotton, but it is cupro.
As an undergarment, you can wear just this one piece under a nagajuban (under-kimono) or a yukata.

While many undergarments are made of cotton, this cupro material is smoother and more slippery than cotton, and it's breathable, making it cool and comfortable, perfect for the current season.

The packaging may not be in perfect condition due to price tag residue or scuffs on the plastic, but the item itself is new, unused, and unopened, so please rest assured.
