Nuchimasu is born from 100% beautiful Okinawan seawater using the world's first room temperature instantaneous aerial crystallization salt-making method. It is recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records for containing the most minerals (21 types) in the world.

● Ingredients (Carefully selected seawater)
The seawater used as the raw material for Nuchimasu is drawn from the Pacific side of Miyagi Island, located across the Kaichu Doro bridge from the Katsuren Peninsula in the central part of Okinawa Island. Nuchimasu does not use any imported rock salt, sun-dried salt, anti-caking agents, or mineral leaching stones. It is made with 100% Miyagi Island seawater.
